You can process the return or refund of any item purchased within 15 days of delivery.
Our main objective is that you are satisfied with your purchase. But if this is not the case, and for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us and we will try to solve any problem that may have arisen. This policy does not limit your legal withdrawal rights or the rights you may have regarding wrong, damaged or defective products.
● Return and Refund Request: Submit a return or refund request immediately, within 15 days of delivery. If for any reason your order is not delivered, manage your refund request within 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
● I changed my mind
You can cancel an order within eight hours of its completion. "Cancellation on the Same Day" .
You can also cancel a purchase in the days after placing your order and before delivery. If the purchased items are sent before CompraPlus receives the cancellation, you will be responsible for the return costs.
● This is not what I bought
If you receive an item that does not correspond to the size, color, or does not reasonably match its description, it will be subject to study and we may request proof of the problem through some photos to help solve it.
● Return and refund requests must be made from our website or from the application.
Locate the order in your order history and click Customer Service.
● Return of funds
After CompraPlus approves a return, cancellation or withdrawal and, in certain cases, confirms the return of the item. CompraPlus will refund the amount paid for the purchase and the standard shipping costs. Any special or expedited shipping fees will not be refunded and in some cases the customer will be responsible for the return costs.
Perishable products, such as food, are exempt from returns. For what products such as Cheese, Sausage, Ham, Olive Oil and other products, such as Honey, Royal Jelly or Propolis, which you can find in CompraPlus and other suppliers in this sector, cannot be returned.
You can only cancel your order in the next few hours of the date of its completion. Once we have sent your order, you will no longer be able to cancel it.
Despite there being no returns on the mentioned products, there are some exceptions in certain cases.
In products that are affected after shipment or are damaged, there may be exceptions.
If you receive your order in poor condition or some of the products inside have been damaged, contact us quickly by following these steps:
- Write a message to email@example.com putting in the subject "Incidence in the Delivery" explaining what happened.
- To corroborate and review the incident, take pictures of the products that have been affected and the package, if so. Or, you can send us the products. We are not responsible for the costs of this shipment, so we recommend that you take pictures of what happened and send it to us via email.
Once we have more information, we will review what happened and we will respond to you in the next few hours. Depending on each case, we will choose to take one solution or another. We reserve the right to choose the solution to the incident as we deem appropriate.
